Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Sales Engineer, based in Mumbai, Pune & Nashik . The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing pre-sales and post-sales activities, providing technical support to clients and identifying solutions tailored to customer needs. Collaborating with internal teams, the Sales Engineer will actively build relationships with clients, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering, including identifying client needs, creating proposals, and ensuring successful implementation.
- Strong Technical Support skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to present products, provide demonstrations, and maintain clear client engagement.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service, focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Diploma/MSC /Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related technical field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Test & Measuring Instruments RF, microwave, and telecom / Network testing & debugging instruments is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and on-site demonstrations.
