Role: Sales & Service
Location: Delhi NCR
Designation: Sales Engineer
Experience: 0 - 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems/equipment at client sites.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machine operations.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and ensure system performance.
- Basic Knowledge of Electric Diagram, Circuits, Multimeter will be plus.
- Document service reports and escalate unresolved issues when needed.
- Proactively search for new business opportunities and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B. Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills across all levels.
- Self‑motivated, strategic thinker, fast learner in dynamic environments.
- Results‑oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Person having a passport and personal vehicle will be given preference.
