Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division. The Sales Engineer will focus on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored technical solutions, supporting the sales team, and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting technical solutions, providing technical support to customers, building strong client relationships, and collaborating closely with the engineering and sales teams to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and the ability to identify and provide technical solutions
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction
- Experience in Technical Support and understanding customer requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of industrial utility equipment, including air compressors, VFD drives, and control panels, is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
