Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at Airlock India Pvt. Ltd., located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will focus on providing technical and sales expertise to clients by understanding their pneumatic conveying system requirements, offering tailored solutions, and cultivating strong customer relationships. This role includes preparing proposals, conducting technical presentations, delivering product demonstrations, and providing ongoing technical support. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met is an integral part of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of pneumatic conveying systems.
- Experience with Technical Support and the ability to provide effective customer solutions.
- Strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and collaborations.
- Expertise in Sales and Customer Service with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Relevant educational background, preferably a degree in Engineering or a similar technical field.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach to address technical challenges effectively.
- Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Maharashtra & Goa location and travel as required.
