Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in Vadodara. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their technical and operational needs, provide detailed product information, and create tailored solutions. Responsibilities include providing technical support, maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering effective presentations, and meeting sales targets by promoting the company’s pneumatic conveying components and systems. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales, with a strong understanding of technical components
- Experience in Technical Support and providing customer-specific solutions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure seamless client interactions
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering field is preferred
- Knowledge or experience in pneumatic conveying systems is highly desirable
- Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Office and CRM tools
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
