Job Title: Sales Engineer – CAD/CAM/CAE Solutions
Location: Nashik/ Nagpur
Educational Qualification
Must Have
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace, or related Engineering.
Preferred
MBA in Marketing/Sales.
Experience
1–2 years of B2B sales experience in CAD/CAM/CAE software or engineering solutions.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of engineering design and manufacturing workflows.Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.Knowledge of MIDC/manufacturing industries and territory sales.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Siemens solutions (NX, Teamcenter, Solid Edge).Exposure to Dassault Systèmes, PTC, or Ansys products.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CAD/CAM/CAE solutions.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Collaborate with technical and post-sales teams for successful project delivery.Track market trends, competitor activities, and achieve sales targets.
