Senior Sales Engineer – Industrial Projects

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Senior Sales Engineer – Industrial Projects to drive business development and project sales for industrial piping solutions across Nellore and nearby industrial clusters. The role requires strong exposure to industrial project sales, consultant engagement, EPC coordination, and specification-driven selling.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting advanced piping solutions including PPRC, PP-GF,
compressed air, HVAC, utility, and industrial process piping systems for industries such as Pharma, Food Processing, Manufacturing, Chemical, Infrastructure, Commercial Buildings, and Institutional Projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow industrial project business in Nellore and surrounding regions.
Identify and convert opportunities in:
Pharma industries
Food & Beverage plants
Manufacturing units
Commercial & institutional projects
Industrial utilities and process applications
Promote company products including:
Greentherm PPRC Pipes & Fittings
Thermaplus Fire Fighting Systems
Pneumato PP-GF Compressed Air Piping
AL-Therm Composite Piping Systems
Industrial utility and HVAC piping solutions.
Work closely with:
Consultants
Architects
PMC teams
MEP contractors
EPC contractors
Industrial end users
Generate product approvals and technical specifications in upcoming projects.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with customers.
Handle complete project sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams for quotations, project execution support, and customer service.
Track industrial developments, upcoming projects, and competitor activities in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with strong focus on profitable growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/MBA.
5–10 years of experience in industrial project sales.
Experience in industrial piping, HVAC, fire fighting, utilities, plumbing, process piping, or related engineering products is mandatory.
Strong network with consultants, contractors, industrial clients, and project stakeholders in Andhra Pradesh region preferred.
Good understanding of:
Industrial utility systems
Fire fighting systems
Compressed air systems
HVAC piping
Industrial plumbing/process applications
Strong technical presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling large project accounts independently.
Willingness to travel extensively across Nellore and nearby industrial regions.
