About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer/Account Manager to drive business for RF/EDA solutions from Keysight Technologies. The role focuses on selling advanced RF design and simulation tools to customers in semiconductor, aerospace & defense, telecom, and electronics industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of RF EDA solutions including tools like Keysight ADS (Advanced Design System), PathWave RFPro, and EM simulation offerings
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory/accounts
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → technical discussions → proposal → closure
- Engage with RF design engineers, system architects, and decision-makers
- Work closely with pre-sales/application engineering teams for demos, POCs, and evaluations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / ECE / RF / Microwave Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- RF / Microwave design OR
- EDA software sales OR
- Technical sales in simulation tools
- Strong understanding of:
- RF concepts (S-parameters, impedance matching, antennas, EM simulation)
- Design flows for RF systems and circuits
Good exposure to tools like ADS, HFSS, CST, or similar
