ABOUT AIRVOICE
Airvoice is a tech company that builds integrated software and hardware for air quality monitoring and management, both indoors and outdoors. Our product ecosystem helps organizations collect, model, map, and act on high-resolution air quality data across buildings, industrial sites, and cities.
In India we run a full sales and project delivery office. Last year we went from zero to operational self-sustainability. This year we are scaling aggressively across corporate real estate, industrial, education, and premium residential segments.
THE ROLE
You will own the technical pre-sales layer for the Indian market. You will walk onto client sites, understand their air quality problem, help the tech team design the solution, draft the proposal, run the demo, and set up closers to push the deal over the line.
This is not a role for someone waiting for tasks. This is a role for someone who wants to be in rooms with CXOs, architects, facility heads, and plant managers within their first month, who wants to learn a niche, high-impact category from the ground up, and who builds the playbook while running the plays.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- B.E. / B.Tech or hard science grad (B.Sc. / M.Sc. in physics, chemistry, environmental science, or similar) with 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales
- Fluent professional English for independent client communication
- Strong technical reasoning: able to read specs, compare products, and defend a design choice
- Based in NCR, or willing to relocate before joining
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exposure to air quality, HVAC, IAQ, BMS, IoT, environmental monitoring, or building tech
- Experience selling into corporate real estate, industrial, education, or hospitality segments
- Experience in a tech startup or scale-up environment
- CRM discipline (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
