Role: Sales Engineer (Water & Wastewater Solutions)
Experience: 3+ years
Location: Delhi NCR (Primary focus on North Zone; must be willing to take Pan-India responsibility as required)
JD:
- Generate new business opportunities and manage end-to-end sales cycle
- Engage with industrial clients, EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, and OEMs
- Handle tenders, design-build projects, O&M and AMC opportunities
- Conduct techno-commercial discussions and prepare proposals, BOQs, and offers
- Coordinate with engineering teams and perform site visits
- Build strong client relationships and support negotiations
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reporting
- Track market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical / Environmental / Chemical Engineering preferred)
- 4–5 years of experience in wastewater treatment sales
- Knowledge of technologies like MBBR, SBR, MBR, RO, ETP, STP, etc.
- Strong techno-commercial, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems
- Willingness to travel
