Hiring: Sales Engineer – Rolling Mill & Tooling Solutions
Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra
Travel: Pan India (approximately 15 days per month)
Compensation: ₹2.6 – ₹4.2 LPA + travel allowance + performance-based incentives
About Us:
Mauli Industries is a growing tool room specializing in rolling mill blades and precision industrial components. We are expanding our presence across India and are looking for a field-oriented sales professional to join our team.
Role Overview:
This is a field-based Technical Sales role focused on business development, client relationship management, and order conversion within the rolling mill and industrial tooling sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new clients across India
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
- Understand technical requirements and coordinate with the production team
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and order closures
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of rolling mill blades, tool room, or industrial components
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Must know driving (manual or automatic)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Production or related field) OR Diploma with relevant experience
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage (not mandatory)
