💼 Position: Sales Engineer – Residential Solar Projects
📍 Location: PAN North East India
🏢 Company: Eastvolt Energy Private Limited
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to lead and expand our Residential Solar Projects across the North-East under Govt. Subsidy and Non-Subsidy Schemes. The role involves generating qualified leads, managing client interactions, coordinating project execution and ensuring smooth delivery from proposal to payment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate leads for residential rooftop solar projects through field visits, partner networks, and digital inquiries
- Understand customer requirements, conduct site assessments, and prepare technical-commercial proposals
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and execution team to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage documentation for MNRE/DISCOM subsidy schemes and assist customers with application processes
- Follow up on project payments, ensuring timely collection as per agreed milestones
- Maintain regular client communication and report project progress to the management team
- Use Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Calendar, Meet) for daily task coordination and reporting
- Be ready to travel or relocate across any part of North-East India as per project requirements
Preferred Qualifications🔹 B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical or Energy Engineering
🔹 3–5 years of experience in Solar Sales or Project Execution, preferably in residential or rooftop solar projects
🔹 Familiarity with solar design tools (Helioscope, SolarDesignTool, PVSOL, etc.)
🔹 Strong understanding of MNRE, DISCOM & Net Metering processes
🔹 Excellent negotiation, communication and client-handling skills
CompensationAs per industry standards – Negotiable based on experience and skillset
