Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with experience in the Material Handling Industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Promote and sell material handling equipment (forklifts, stackers, pallet trucks, etc.)
- Make outbound follow-up calls to potential leads via telephone and email cross-sell and upsell as and when needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with service and support teams for customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- It is mandatory to have language skills proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive threats.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Any Engineering field
2 to 4 years of experience in sales (preferably material handling industry)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel for field sales
Basic technical knowledge of industrial equipment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in forklifts, warehouse equipment, or industrial products
Strong customer handling skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
