Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer – Field Sales Specialist based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The successful candidate will focus on selling analytical test instruments and solutions to clients across diverse industries. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, preparing customized solutions, managing sales processes, providing technical guidance, and maintaining strong client relations. Collaboration with internal teams for sales strategy and customer support is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management to drive effective customer engagement and achieve sales targets
- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering with a proven ability to present and tailor complex technical solutions to meet client requirements
- Background in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field to understand and demonstrate product functionality and benefits
- Ability to maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
- Experience in the analytical instruments industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
