Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer – Contact Center AI SaaS Analytics (Mid-Market) at Yactraq Online Inc. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to qualify mid-market opportunities, lead technical discovery sessions, and map customer requirements to Yactraq’s speech analytics and VoC solutions. This role will conduct product demonstrations, build tailored proof-of-concept configurations, and clearly explain technical capabilities, integration options, and implementation paths to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position will support RFP/RFI responses, contribute to solution design for new deployments, and provide light pre-sales technical support to ensure a smooth handoff to implementation and customer success teams. The Sales Engineer will also gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and help create sales enablement materials such as demo scripts, technical decks, and FAQs.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to quickly qualify technical fit and define a clear solution approach
- Support multiple deals in parallel with fast turnaround times
- Keep deals moving by removing technical friction early by liaising with customer’s technical teams and our product & engineering teams
- Deliver Structured, High-Impact Demos tailored to key industries and use cases. Demonstrate AI voice agents, call flows, transcription, and analytics in a way that’s easy to grasp
- Create business-oriented architecture/connectivity diagrams for clients
- Configure basic call flows, prompts, and quality scorecards for personalized customer demos
- Use APIs and pre-built templates to spin up quick POCs when needed

- Clearly connect features to outcomes like cost reduction, increased sales
- revenue, and improved CSAT
- Simplify concepts like latency, speech recognition, and AI accuracy for business

Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and pre-sales solution consulting skills, with experience supporting SaaS or analytics offerings for mid-market customers.
- Hands-on Technical Support and troubleshooting abilities, including understanding of APIs, integrations, and basic data workflows in contact center or CRM environments.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for a diverse global audience.
- Proven Sales and Customer Service orientation, including experience in customer-facing roles, requirements discovery, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with contact center operations, speech analytics, or Voice-of-the-Customer (VoC) solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment and collaborating across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites or industry events, as needed.
