Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Engineer based out of Noida. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to provide technical solutions, deliver product presentations, and guide the sales process from lead generation to fulfillment. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, conducting site visits, offering technical support, and customizing solutions based on client requirements. Collaboration with internal teams to align solutions with customer demands and ensuring smooth project execution will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering, with experience in understanding technical requirements and delivering suitable solutions
- Strong Sales and Communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts effectively
- Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service to resolve client queries and issues efficiently
- Ability to manage client relationships and maintain a customer-focused approach
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to understand engineering documentation
- Familiarity with power generation equipment and energy solutions is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) or a related technical discipline
- Proactive attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills
