Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role located in Bengaluru North. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients to understand their property needs, recommending suitable properties, building relationships with clients, following up on inquiries, and assisting customers throughout the buying or selling process. The role also involves maintaining a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
- Sales and negotiation proficiency to close deals and meet targets
- Knowledge of the real estate market, especially in metro cities and investment hotspots
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to address and fulfill client needs
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
- Relevant sales or real estate experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, preferred
