Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Employee. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their property needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Sales Employee will manage end-to-end sales processes, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include market research to identify trends, staying updated on real estate developments, and meeting sales targets while collaborating closely with other departments.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including negotiation, relationship-building, and lead conversion
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, including listening and presenting skills
- Proficiency in market research and understanding of real estate trends
- Strong ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles is advantageous
- Familiarity with tools for client relationship management (CRM systems) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields is preferred
- A strong results-oriented approach and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
