Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Sales Employee, based in Thane with partial flexibility for remote work. The Sales Employee will assist in identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and following up on leads to drive business growth. Responsibilities include helping draft proposals, preparing presentations, providing customer support, and coordinating with the design team to align sales efforts with client needs. The intern will learn key techniques in client engagement and market research to analyze industry trends and identify new business opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Basic sales skills, including lead generation, customer interaction, and follow-up practices.
  • Familiarity with market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the interior design industry.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to prepare polished presentations and documents.
  • Enthusiasm for interior design and a willingness to learn about luxury workspace solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (completed or in progress) is preferred.
