Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Employee at LOCO TOURISM. The responsibility includes identifying potential clients, building relationships, promoting travel services, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Employee will collaborate with the marketing team, manage inquiries, provide customized travel solutions, and ensure a seamless booking experience for clients. Additional tasks may include market research, generating leads, and providing feedback for service improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Communication and negotiation skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of travel and tourism industry trends, especially in loco-tourism, cultural heritage, and community-driven travel
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM systems
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Passion for travel, cultural exchange, and creating meaningful travel experiences
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous
- Prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus
