About the Role

We're building AI systems that operate within real enterprise environments. As a Sales Domain Expert Consultant, you'll help us model authentic sales workflows, map out tool usage patterns, and design realistic scenarios that reflect how enterprise sales teams actually work day-to-day.


What You'll Do
  • Map out end-to-end enterprise sales workflows: prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, deal execution, forecasting
  • Model how sales professionals interact with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, SalesLoft, Gong, and Clari in practice
  • Define realistic multi-step task sequences that reflect actual enterprise sales operations
  • Advise on edge cases, exceptions, and nuances that distinguish real workflows from textbook descriptions
  • Review AI-generated outputs for realism and flag anything that wouldn't happen in a real sales org
  • Help define evaluation criteria for what "good" looks like in sales task execution


What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B/enterprise sales (AE, SDR/BDR, Sales Ops, or RevOps)
  • Deep working knowledge of at least one major CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and the broader sales tech stack
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, team structures, and cross-functional handoffs (Marketing, CS, Finance)
  • Ability to articulate implicit knowledge — the things you "just know" from doing the job that aren't written in any playbook
  • Excellent written English


Nice to Have
  • Experience across multiple sales orgs or industries
  • Background in sales enablement, revenue operations, or GTM strategy
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and reporting
