Role Overview
Zennsoft is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead and scale our sales function from our Noida Sector 62 office. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-impact sales strategies, expanding enterprise client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
The Sales Director will play a critical leadership role in building strong partnerships with clients while identifying new opportunities across IT services and global workforce solutions markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, client acquisition, team leadership, and strategic business development.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
- Drive new business development by identifying high-value enterprise clients and market opportunities.
- Establish quarterly and annual sales targets and ensure consistent achievement or exceeding of revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and secure new enterprise clients across target industries including technology, healthcare, finance, and telecom.
- Lead strategic client engagements, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to create compelling client proposals and solutions.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through consistent engagement and value delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for strategic client concerns and ensure effective resolution.
Team Leadership & Sales Operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to monitor sales performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance within the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery, recruitment, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Support internal teams in solution development, pricing strategies, and contract structuring.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Leadership roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong expertise in Sales Operations, Enterprise Sales, and Strategic Business Development.
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and scaling sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in IT services, IT staffing, or global workforce solutions.
- Exposure to US staffing markets or international client engagement.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and large-scale service engagements.
