Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kalyan for a Sales Director role. The professional will oversee sales initiatives, manage and lead the sales team, implement strategies to drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include monitoring sales operations, identifying business development opportunities, setting sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations
- Experience in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Team Management and leadership to guide sales teams successfully
- Skills in Business Development for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
- Analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
