Role Description
The Sales Director role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kalyan. As a Sales Director, you will spearhead sales strategies to meet organizational targets, oversee business development initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to build long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, leading a team of sales professionals, ensuring client satisfaction, and staying updated on industry trends. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s customer base.

- Proven expertise in sales management, business development, and strategic planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills, client relationship management, and professional networking abilities.
- Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and deal-closure strategies.
- Analytical skills for market analysis, forecasting, and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with ERP software systems, real estate, or construction industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.
