About the Role
StaffAnchor Talent Solutions is hiring a Director of Sales on behalf of a fast-growing US-based Workforce Management Software company. This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and expanding the company’s footprint across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 20+ Account Executives and 5 Team Managers
- Own and drive end-to-end sales strategy for the US market
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement scalable sales processes and frameworks
- Build strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market US clients
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize sales outcomes
- Analyze performance metrics and drive data-backed decision-making
- Ensure high levels of team engagement, productivity, and retention
Key Requirements
- 10–15 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on US clients
- Proven experience in SaaS / Workforce Management / HR Tech / Enterprise Software sales
- Demonstrated success in leading large sales teams (20+ members)
- Strong understanding of US market dynamics and buyer behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience working in EST shifts or with US stakeholders is highly preferred
