Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to lead and scale all revenue generation in India, covering both direct enterprise sales and channel partner ecosystems.
This is a sole contributor role leading to player-coach role—you will personally drive key deals while building a strong partner-led pipeline across India’s rapidly growing digital identity and cybersecurity market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership – India
- Own and deliver India revenue targets (new business + expansion)
- Build and manage a strong qualified pipeline across enterprise accounts
- Drive complex, high-value deals from prospecting to close
2. Direct Enterprise Sales
- Engage with CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders
- Position Sixscape solutions across:
- PKI & certificate lifecycle management (CLM)
- Digital identity & authentication
- Post-quantum cryptography (PQC)
- Lead solution selling, demos, and commercial negotiations
3. Channel & Partner Sales
- Develop and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem in India
- Recruit, enable, and manage:
- System integrators
- Value-added resellers (VARs)
- Technology partners
- Execute joint go-to-market and co-selling strategies
4. Strategic Market Development
- Identify key verticals (BFSI, government, large enterprises)
- Build Sixscape’s presence in India through:
- Industry engagement
- Strategic partnerships
- Events and regional cybersecurity forums
5. Competitive Positioning
- Position Sixscape against leading competitive vendors
- Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams
Required Experience
- 10+ years in enterprise PKI cybersecurity or PKI-based digital identity sales
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals in India
- Strong experience in:
- Direct sales and channel-led sales models
- Building pipeline and consistently exceeding quotas
- Deep understanding of the India enterprise and government landscape
Highly Desirable
- Experience selling:
- PKI, CLM, certificate management solutions
- Identity & access management (IAM)
- Encryption or data security platforms
- Background working with or at competitive companies
- Exposure to post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and crypto-agility
Key Skills
- Strong hunter mentality with strategic deal execution capability
- Ability to sell complex technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
- Experience managing and scaling channel ecosystems
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-starter with ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
