Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations and business development, managing a sales team, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, formulating sales strategies, driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and fostering collaboration within the team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and executing growth targets
- Proficiency in Business Development strategies and market expansion initiatives
- Strong Team Management skills, including mentoring and motivating teams
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or technology domains is advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
