Sales Director
Location: Greater Bengaluru Area (Hybrid)
Prodigy Technovations is a leading provider of advanced protocol validation solutions, specializing in testing and validating serial bus technologies for next-generation System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. Our comprehensive suite of tools supports high- and low-speed Protocol Exerciser and Analysis, enabling our clients to stay competitive in the rapidly evolving semiconductor industry. Prodigy's products address diverse protocol validation requirements, including PCIe, UFS, I3C, SPMI, RFFE, and more.
Role Description
· Responsible for sales budget of more than USD10M
· Manage the FAE and sales team
· Update and manage the CRM tools
· Develop sales strategy/plan for each of the product category
· Work with marketing team/distributors to promote the products to target audience
· Technical and commercial closure of the product evaluation
· Understand Prodigy offering and position the differentiated products
· Generate qualified Funnel by Assessing customer needs and market opportunities.
· Provide Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business reports to Management.
· Persuasive, articulate, confident and capable of representing the company amazingly whether you are negotiating deals with strategic partners, handling customers.
· Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
· Ability to multitask and take on diverse tasks requiring different skill sets. Organized, composed and handles pressure well.
· Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Should be flexible to travel within India and abroad on short notice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong expertise in Sales Operations and Customer Service, with a focus on providing excellent client support
- Strong knowledge on pre and post silicon protocol and electrical layer validation
- Demonstrated leadership skills in Team Management and building high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to develop strategic sales plans
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is highly desirable
