We're Hiring: Sales Director | Law Blocks AI
Law Blocks AI is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our growth journey in the legal tech space.
Location: Hybrid (Mumbai Based)
Role: Sales Director
Compensation: ₹2,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per month on conversion

About the Role
As our Sales Director, you will own the end-to-end sales strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Law Blocks AI client base and establishing strong partnerships across the legal and enterprise ecosystem.
What You'll Do
→ Develop and execute a robust B2B sales strategy aligned with company goals
→ Build, mentor, and manage a results-driven sales team
→ Identify and close high-value deals with law firms, corporates, and enterprises
→ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
→ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive pipeline growth
→ Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report to leadership
What We're Looking For
→ 4 - 7+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales, preferably in legal tech or fintech
→ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
→ Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
→ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
→ Understanding of Tech especially Blockchain
→ Experience managing CRMs and building structured sales processes
