We’re working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that’s undeniably becoming a go-to platform for how modern SaaS teams manage customer onboarding and delivery.
Over the past few years, they’ve built strong momentum with global customers - and more recently, secured a significant new round of funding to double down on growth and expansion.
Now, their focus is building a more structured, high-performing sales engine across APAC.
They’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead their Mid-Market and SMB segments, manage a team of Account Executives and take ownership of revenue growth across the region.
This is a hands-on leadership role - ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, improving how sales runs day-to-day, and stepping into deals when it matters.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives across APAC (Mid-Market and SMB segments)
- Set clear targets, track performance, and ensure consistent execution across the team
- Get involved in key deals, supporting negotiations and helping close opportunities
- Build and improve the sales process from pipeline generation through to closure
- Drive outbound efforts, ensuring AEs actively contribute to pipeline alongside SDRs
- Own pipeline visibility, forecasting, and overall deal hygiene within the CRM
- Work closely with leadership, marketing, and customer success to align on goals and feedback from the field
- Hire, onboard, and coach new team members as the team grows
💪🏽 What makes you a strong fit
- 6 -10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with time spent in leadership roles
- Experience managing Mid-Market and/or SMB segments
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable being hands-on in deals, not just managing from the top
- Strong understanding of how to build pipeline (including outbound-led motions)
- Experience working with or managing India-based teams selling into global markets
- Clear communicator with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth SaaS companies
- Exposure to global markets (APAC, North America, or Europe)
- Experience in categories like customer success, onboarding, or workflow SaaS
🦄 Bonus points if you’ve
- Helped scale towards $50M - $100M+ ARR environments
- Built teams in India selling globally
- Worked in high-growth / category-creating SaaS companies
