About the Role
The Strategic leader drive our end-to-end SaaS business, overseeing customer acquisition, customer lifecycle management, and business growth. This role demands a deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, from building a high-quality customer pipeline to designing differentiated solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction (NPS), and achieving financial and operational targets. The incumbent will work closely with engineering, marketing, and other internal teams to develop and execute a robust strategy for scaling the SaaS business
Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)
- Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and competitive positioning for SaaS solutions.
- P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the business unit’s financial performance, ensuring revenue, profitability, and cost-efficiency targets are met.
- Product Innovation & Market Alignment: Continuously assess market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Sales & GTM Execution: Lead the Sales teams to create and implement effective Go-To-Market strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Customer Success & Retention: Develop strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, ensuring high NPS, renewals, and long-term client relationships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product development and engineering teams to align product enhancements with evolving customer needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to accelerate business growth.
- Financial Planning & Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize financial performance, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and budget management.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies in all aspects of the SaaS business.
Job Specification (What Will You Need)
- Educational Background: B.E./B. Tech; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years, with a proven track record in leading SaaS product businesses and driving P&L independently.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyse market trends, leverage data-driven insights, and make informed business decisions.
- Leadership & People Management: Skilled in building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Strong Communication & Relationship Management: Ability to influence and engage with key stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and budget optimization.
- Execution Excellence: Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.
