Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will be responsible for Client Acquisition, Identifying Prospects looking for Demand generation services, Achieving Individual Quarterly Sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service to ensure. Daily tasks include Research, Outreach via email, linkedin and cold calling, setting 10-12 meetings for Head of Sales every month, strategizing on how to meet or exceed sales goals, Achieving Revenue Targets, overseeing market research to identify opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations in the B2B Demand generation segment
- Strong aptitude in Client management and Customer success
- Experience in end to end Business Development
- Excellent communication and cold calling skills
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and data
- Experience in the technology or media sector is a plus
- Proven Experience of achieving Sales targets
