Job Description
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive strategic sales across wellness, telehealth & safety solutions
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and deal strategy
- Lead enterprise-level solution selling and negotiations
Deal Leadership & Execution
- Own high-value B2B deals end-to-end
- Close complex MSAs and long-term partnerships
- Act as the face of CircleDV in key client conversations
Account Growth & Retention
- Build strong relationships with shipowners, operators & enterprise clients
- Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead QBRs and ensure value realization
Business Development
- Identify and win new clients across maritime & industrial sectors
- Build strategic partnerships and channel networks
- Represent CircleDV at industry events and forums
Experience
- 10+ years in Sales / Business Development, with strong maritime experience (must-have)
- Proven track record in enterprise sales & client acquisition
- Strong exposure to shipping, offshore, or industrial environments
- Ability to sell tech-enabled solutions (health, safety, fintech, or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management & negotiation skills
- MBA / Maritime background (COC or seafaring experience is a strong plus)
