Job description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Primary responsibility being, sales development, pricing, and revenue management
• Daily Collection Review & Cash Flow Review
• Daily Sales Report
• Marketing: Exhibition, Events, etc.
• Maximizing revenue generated from the existing customers of the company
• Current Business: Developing and implementing new strategies to increase revenue
• Review & Improve Customer Retention & Satisfaction Rates
• Key Customer Handling
• Prepare & Monitor Sales Forecast, Procurement Plan
• Customer Visit Report (CVR): Visit Approval, Review, Correction, Advice
• Activities that will ensure maximum Return On Investment to the company and its shareholders
New Business Development:
i. New Business: MOD Sales Review, Promotional Activities
ii. New Business: Wind Turbine Elevators Business Activities
Reports:
i. Sales Register to Stakeholders
ii. Sales Target Review - Zone wise
iii. Departmental Report Review
• Domestic Customer Visits/Tour
• International Tours: Parent & Group Company Visit
Other Activities:
• Support and guide the company in developing the future products
• Customer Complaint Review with Cross Functional Team
• Elevator & Escalator Components Manufacturers Association - Active Participation
