Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to drive business growth across the APAC region for Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) and Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) services. The role focuses on new business acquisition, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for FAO and HRO services across APAC
  • Identify and generate new leads, build a strong pipeline, and convert opportunities into revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored outsourcing solutions
  • Collaborate with delivery, presales, and leadership teams to create customized proposals
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities
  • Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12–15 years of experience in sales and business development in FAO, HRO, BPO, or consulting services
  • Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting Outsourcing and HR Outsourcing services
  • Proven track record in APAC market sales and client acquisition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Strong networking and market penetration capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling outsourcing or managed services in global markets
  • Exposure to enterprise clients and large deal closures
