About the Opportunity
We are posting this opportunity on behalf of a confidential organization in the IT Services & Consulting space. This is a discreet senior leadership mandate, identified through targeted market research, for a professional with deep expertise in enterprise sales, AI/automation solution selling, and large deal closures.
Role Overview
The organization is seeking a results-driven enterprise sales leader to own revenue growth across key accounts. The role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, building strategic relationships, and closing large deals across AI, IT automation, and enterprise technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue targets and pipeline growth across enterprise clients
- Identify and close opportunities in AI automation, IT operations, service desk transformation, and SaaS platforms
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
- Build relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, and enterprise decision-makers
- Develop account strategies, deal plans, and proposal responses (RFP/RFI)
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions, demos, and value propositions
- Expand market presence through events, partnerships, and executive engagement
- Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and reporting
Requirements
- 10–18 years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Strong experience selling into or through IT services firms and system integrators
- Proven track record in selling AI platforms, IT automation, AIOps, or enterprise SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to close large enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems and integrations
- Established relationships with CXO / VP-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
