Role Description
The Sales Director will oversee and drive sales performance, manage a team of sales professionals, and develop strategic initiatives to enhance business growth. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, requiring hands-on management and direct engagement with clients and team members to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in Team Management, including leading, motivating, and mentoring sales teams
- Demonstrated ability in Business Development to identify new opportunities and drive growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field, with an advanced degree being advantageous
