About the Role
InstaServ India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Sales / Business Development Manager who excels at converting qualified leads into paying clients. This role is focused on deal closures, revenue generation, and client relationship management, working primarily on inbound and pre-qualified leads rather than cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads/prospects into paying clients
- Handle client discussions, negotiations, and pricing strategies
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversions
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve performance targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in a digital marketing agency)
- Proven track record in closing deals and generating revenue
- Strong skills in negotiation, objection handling, and client communication
- Experience in handling inbound or qualified leads
- Ability to manage sales targets and team performance
- Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) is must
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and revenue-focused mindset
