This is a Full-time role based in Kochi, Strong English Communication is mandatory for this role.
Description The role involves client management, outreaching leads, building targeted prospect lists, and managing outreach through email, social channels, and video-driven communication.
You will also get to create and edit short-form video content and personalized video messages to support outbound campaigns, nurture sequences, and product walkthroughs. You will also contribute creative ideas for video assets that improve engagement, clarify the value proposition, and help convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with International Accent
- Content creation skills, including editing, to produce clear, engaging content
- Storytelling in sales and marketing videos.
- Ability to design and adapt Graphics for thumbnails, overlays, and supporting assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Experience in sales development, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles, with comfort using CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages and videos to different buyer personas.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple outreach sequences and content tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SaaS or B2B technology environments is preferred; prior work with AI or automation tools is a plus.
- Relevant coursework or a degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory with equivalent experience.
