🎯 The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the critical first touchpoint for potential customers. This is an execution-focused role for a "Hustler" who is comfortable with high-volume outreach, qualification frameworks, and CRM discipline.
You aren't just "making calls"; you are a Data Hunter using AI-first tools to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers. You will be responsible for building a healthy sales pipeline through disciplined follow-ups and intelligent prospecting.
🛠️ What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Outreach Execution: Execute high-volume inbound and outbound outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels to identify potential customers.
- Lead Qualification: Rigorously qualify leads based on defined criteria before passing them to the field sales team.
- Pipeline Engine: Support pipeline creation by ensuring a steady and consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accurate lead and activity data within the CRM system.
- Persistence: Follow up consistently with prospects to drive meetings and conversions.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Senior SDRs and field sales teams for smooth handoffs and feedback loops.
