Role Description

The Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining detailed records in CRM systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring collaboration with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation to identify and approach potential customers
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with prospects and build relationships
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
