Role Description
You will be the first point of contact for D2C brands we want to work with. Your job is to reach the right decision-makers - finance managers, supply chain leads, growth heads - start a genuine conversation about their operations, and convert that into a booked demo with our founder.
What you'll do?
- Make outbound calls per day to D2C brand decision-makers.
- Research brands before calling - understand what they sell, who you're speaking to, and what their potential pain points are.
- Ask smart questions, listen more than you pitch, and qualify whether a demo makes sense.
- Followups - will be your MOAT.
- Log every call and interaction - brand, contact, outcome, next step.
- Attend a weekly review call to improve your approach, refine your pitch, and understand the product better.
Required:
- Comfortable making cold calls without being pushed. Self-starter by nature.
- Hindi + English (both essential for this role).
- Plus: Experience in D2C, e-commerce operations, telesales, or inside B2B sales.
- Remote-friendly. Bangalore preferred for occasional in-person syncs.
