About us
Pronto Networks is a B2B networking hardware company delivering WiFi, LTE/5G, and WiFi HaLow solutions to hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, and smart cities verticals. We're building a lean, high-velocity outbound sales team and are looking for a sharp SDR to help us open doors with decision-makers across North America.
What you'll do
- Prospect and qualify outbound leads across target verticals using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Execute multi-channel outreach — email, LinkedIn, and phone — to book discovery calls for Account Executives
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and others) to personalize messaging at scale and research accounts
- Maintain clean pipeline data and activity logs in the CRM
- Hit and exceed weekly KPIs: connects, meetings set, and pipeline generated
- Collaborate closely with the US-based sales team during EST business hours
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience, ideally in a B2B tech environment
- Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be emailing and calling US prospects daily
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and using them to work smarter, not harder
- Self-starter mindset — comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first setup
- Ability and willingness to work US Eastern Time hours (approx. 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
