Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Sales Development Representative Team Lead. The role involves leading and mentoring a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed KPIs. You will oversee prospecting and lead generation activities, manage the development of qualified opportunities, and ensure seamless handoffs to sales teams. The role includes analyzing team performance metrics, refining sales strategies, and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency. As a team lead, you will also provide coaching, foster collaboration, and contribute to the achievement of company growth goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team leadership and mentorship, and an ability to develop team capabilities
- Expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and managing customer relationships
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales enablement technologies
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and performance-tracking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Background in sales within B2B or SaaS industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
