We’re hiring a Talent Operations Associate to help run the human layer behind our AI recruiting engine. In this role, you’ll speak with candidates, coordinate interviews, collect key information, keep processes moving, and step in when a fast human sync can unlock momentum or improve conversion.
This is a great fit for someone who is organized, sharp on calls, comfortable with AI tools, and excited to work at the intersection of recruiting, operations, and automation. You won’t just follow a process — you’ll help improve the system that powers it.
What You’ll Do
- Call and message candidates to confirm interest, gather missing information, and move them through the hiring funnel.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps between candidates and hiring teams.
- Monitor active candidate pipelines and make sure high-priority conversations don’t stall.
- Step in when a candidate needs a human touch, quick clarification, or stronger follow-up.
- Review AI-generated outreach and candidate interactions, flag issues, and suggest improvements.
- Keep candidate data clean and up to date in the ATS and internal workflows.
- Identify drop-off patterns, feedback themes, and process issues that affect conversion.
- Help build playbooks, SOPs, and QA processes for AI-native recruiting operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, candidate experience, sales/recruiting support, or a similar high-volume people-operations role.
- Strong written and verbal English, especially on short candidate calls and follow-up communication.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail; you can manage many moving conversations without dropping quality.
- Good judgment; you know when a process can stay automated and when a human should step in.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in day-to-day work.
- Confidence working in fast-moving startup environments with evolving playbooks.
- Bonus: experience with ATS tools, scheduling workflows, sourcing systems, or recruiting agencies.
