Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you are the driving force behind our growth. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for identifying opportunities, creating meaningful conversations, and generating qualified pipeline for our Account Executive team.
This role goes far beyond making calls. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining research, curiosity, and strong communication skills to uncover real business needs and position our solution effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
Identify and engage high potential prospects through cold calls, personalized emails, and social selling, primarily on LinkedIn. Research accounts and tailor outreach to ensure relevance and impact.
Lead Qualification
Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges, goals, and buying context. Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria and assess fit for our solution.
Pipeline Hand off
Deliver well qualified opportunities to Account Executives with clear context, notes, and next steps to ensure a smooth transition.
CRM Excellence
Accurately document all activities and insights in our CRM, such as Zoho CRM, to support forecasting and performance analysis.
Market and Competitive Awareness
Stay informed on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor positioning to continuously improve messaging.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role—we care more about mindset, motivation, and grit than years of experience.
- North American work experience or accent preferred but not required.
- Additional foreign language skills are a plus.
