Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and support the growth of Volody’s customer base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and enjoys interacting with prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate new leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Understand customer pain points and effectively position Volody’s solutions
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for meetings and pipeline generation
Required Skills Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar role (preferably in SaaS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in cold calling and outreach
Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Good to Have
Experience in SaaS or tech sales
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
Understanding of legal-tech or contract management solutions
Prior experience in outbound sales or lead generation
