now we are looking for the engine of our lead flow. This role is for the energetic, persistent,
and tech-savvy professional who doesn't wait for magic to happen but goes out and makes it
happen.
You will operate at the "coldest" stage of the sales funnel. Your mission is to turn cold
prospects from all possible channels into warm, qualified meetings for our Closer. If you love

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Research (Outbound)
- Database Mining: Cold calling and qualifying prospects from purchased lists or internal databases.
- Smart Scraping: Using tools and manual research to find ideal customers. Example: Scraping LinkedIn or job boards to find companies that are hiring heavily (high growth = high need for your service).
- Contact Hunting: Accurately collecting contacts for HR Directors, LPRs (Learning & Development), or C-level executives.
2. Multi-Channel Outreach
- Crafting and sending personalized cold emails that get replies.
- Running LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, voice notes, InMails).
3. Inbound Management
- Monitoring and promptly processing incoming requests (contact forms, chatbot, demo requests).
- Qualifying these leads to ensure only the best are passed down the funnel.
4. Leads Follow-up
- Following up (email, messengers, phone) the leads come from different channels with company presentations and/or commercial offers.
- Preparing commercial offers based on the templates.
5. Automation & Tech Stack Management
- Setting up and maintaining automations for both outbound sequences (email/LinkedIn) and inbound flows (lead routing, follow-ups).
- Ensuring all platforms (CRM, email tools, LinkedIn helpers) work together seamlessly.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Tracking key metrics: Number of leads contacted, positive replies, meetings booked.- Providing feedback to the team on which messaging works and which markets are responding.
Main Deliverable (KPI):
Qualified meetings for the Lead Sales Manager (Closer) scheduled and held
Candidate Requirements
Hard Skills & Tools:
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (advanced search).
- Familiarity with scraping tools is a huge advantage.
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Understanding of email deliverability (warming up accounts, spam avoidance).
- Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, AmoCRM) to log activities and maintain data hygiene.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Experience working with presentation tools like Figma to prepare customized commercial offers (based on the templates) for the leads.

Language:
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Required for writing error-free emails and holding brief qualification conversations with
international prospects.
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Prior exposure to HR or recruitment services / solutions sales
