Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven SDR to identify potential clients, conduct outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for our leadership team.
This role focuses on UK and European markets and requires excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies and decision-makers
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools
- Conduct outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
- Follow up with prospects through structured sequences
- Qualify leads based on business needs and expansion plans
- Schedule meetings for the Founder and sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve monthly appointment-setting targets
- Work closely with leadership to improve outreach strategies

Required Skills
- 3+ years of B2B sales, SDR, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience calling UK, European, or US prospects
- Strong LinkedIn outreach experience
- Familiarity with Apollo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Ability to handle objections and engage senior executives
- Self-motivated and target-driven

- Monday to Friday
Compensation
- ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)

- 15000+ targeted prospects researched
- 4000+ outbound emails sent
- 300+ calls made
- 15–20 qualified meetings booked per month
- 3–5 sales opportunities created per month
