Martlet AI is a healthcare AI company automating risk adjustment and HCC chart review for Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, and risk-bearing provider groups. In our first 12 months, a five-person team has onboarded enterprise health systems and payers — strong product-market fit, moving fast.
Our ambition is bold: to fully automate the retrospective chart review process for payers. We're built on proprietary, deterministic NLP/SLM models (not general-purpose LLMs) which run completely within the client's premises with no external data sharing, which is why compliance and medical teams trust us in audit-grade workflows.
The Role
This is a generalist sales role that starts in SDR and is designed to grow into an Account Executive seat. You'll be among our earliest commercial hires, working directly with the founding team to build pipeline and eventually own deals end-to-end. This is a high-intensity startup environment — fast pace, high ownership, and a lot thrown at you early. If that energizes you, you'll grow quickly.
Note: This role requires working full US business hours. Please only apply if you can commit to a US time-zone schedule.
What you'll do
- Research and identify prospects across MA plans, ACOs, and provider groups
- Run targeted outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls) and book qualified meetings
- Manage and refine sequences and lists in HubSpot
- Qualify inbound and warm replies, and prep handoffs to the founders
- Grow into running discovery calls and demos, then owning your own deals as an AE
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in B2B / SaaS sales development (healthcare or US-market experience a plus)
- Strong written English and a sharp, professional outbound style
- Comfort with CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- High-intensity operator — you thrive on pace, pressure, and ownership
- Must be able to work full US business hours
